Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS is an approach that understands every human as having multiple ‘sub-personalities’. It’s like you have a whole ‘Family’ of people inside you helping you to cope with trauma and life stressors.
Through IFS, we work to identify these different ‘parts’ and heal parts that have experienced trauma.
Gentle Trauma Release (GTR)
Through Gentle Trauma Release (GTR), we use proven systems such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprogramming (EMDR) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), empowering you to interrupt defensive reactions and decode your Automatic Nervous System.
Through these methods, you’ll find a safe space for your body and mind to relax and heal through trauma.
Empowerment Coaching
Empowerment coaching is all about – you guessed it – helping you feel more empowered in your personal, social and work life.
It’s all about working through self-doubt and anxiety to reclaim your confidence.
