Sometimes we know exactly where those patterns began.
Other times, we simply know something feels stuck.
My work is about helping you gently explore and heal the experiences, emotional wounds, and protective patterns that may be keeping you disconnected from yourself and the life you want to create.
Together, we’ll work toward healthier relationships, deeper self trust, emotional healing, and a more aligned and fulfilling life.
How we work together.
My approach blends trauma informed coaching, nervous system healing, emotional healing, relationship work, parts work, and practical action.
Rather than endlessly analyzing problems, we work to gently uncover and heal the wounds, fears, and protective responses that may be keeping you stuck while helping the body shift out of fight, flight, freeze, and into greater safety and calm.
Depending on your needs, our work may include:
• trauma processing, emotional release, and Gentle Trauma Release (GTR)
• nervous system regulation
• Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed parts work and inner child healing
• relationship and attachment work
